On 20 October the Federal Reserve Bank of New York held a one-day workshop following on from a series of conferences focusing on culture and behaviour in the financial services sector.
BSB Board member Baroness Onora O’Neill was invited to give the keynote address at this event. Read Onora’s address, which she gave under the heading ‘What is banking for?‘
Our CEO Alison Cottrell will also be taking part in a panel discussion alongside participants from Bank of America and Citigroup on measuring culture and conduct.
